Heartsaver Adult CPR AED Course Description:

The Heartsaver Adult CPR AED course is designed for individuals who need to learn how to perform CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) on adults in emergency situations. This course is ideal for anyone with limited or no medical training who requires a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.

Key Skills Covered:

  • Recognizing when someone needs CPR
  • Performing high-quality CPR for adults
  • Delivering effective ventilations using a barrier device
  • Using an AED
  • Assisting with choking for adults

This course combines hands-on practice with real-time instructor feedback, ensuring students are confident and prepared to respond effectively in a cardiac or breathing emergency.
